Trinidad State Beach

Overview
Tucked in a secluded cove near the town of Trinidad, Trinidad State Beach is a pleasant retreat from the traffic of the nearby highway. This small beach is 19 miles north of Eureka, just off Highway 101. Phone 707-677-3570.

Trails
The Horse Trail, or Access Trail, is a busy hiking and equestrian trail and is generally accessible for 0.23 mile through forests. Trailhead is at Stagecoach Road. Roadside parking only.

Beach/Shore Access
A beach wheelchair is available for check-out at the Patrick’s Point State Park kiosk for use at Trinidad State Beach and other nearby parks with wheelchair accessible beaches. Call (707) 677-3570 for more information.
