William Randolph Hearst Memorial State Beach gives visitors the opportunity to hike, swim, fish and beachcomb. The Upper Picnic Area has some usable picnic sites. Accessible parking is available. The route of travel from parking to the accessible table requires crossing traffic. A nearby restroom is generally accessible.
The Elephant Seal Trail is a 1/2 mile trail that starts from an accessible parking space located directly off Highway 1. This trail provides coastal views and seasonal viewing of Elephant Seals.
An accessible rest area and bench are located at Vista Point.
